Shipping Policy

Processing time

All orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will begin processing the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order ships.

Delivery timeframes

Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 2–3 business days across the UK.

Shipping carriers

We ship using Royal Mail, DPD, and Evri, and select the best service for your order and location.

Shipping costs

• Standard UK shipping: £5
• Free shipping on all UK orders over £25

Order tracking

Every order is shipped with tracking. Once your order is on its way, we'll email you a tracking link so you can follow its progress with the courier directly, or via the Shop app.

International shipping

At this time we only ship within the UK. We don't currently offer international shipping — check back for updates, or get in touch if you'd like to be notified when this changes.

Lost or damaged items

If your order arrives damaged, or hasn't turned up within the expected timeframe, please contact us by email at info@lariatt.com and we'll sort it out as quickly as possible
